How long will the tour take to photograph?

The photographer will usually not be on site any more than a half hour for a standard 5 view residential real estate tour. Larger tours take more time of course.

How long before my tour is visible on the Internet?

The tour is usually visible on the Internet within 24 hours of the photo shoot. We will email you to tell you that the tour is finished and provide a link for you to view it.

I am not a Realtor, can I still use your services?

Absolutely! A Virtual Tour is the perfect way to market any property. Once the tour is set-up, the link is e-mailed to you. The link can be advertised anyway you like to get people to view your property. This works great for private sellers, business owners, rental properties, tour operators, golf courses, or virtually any property or event!

How long before my tour is visible on the M.L.S. system?

Once the photo session is complete it may take 24 to 48 hours to be visible right from the MLS listing itself. Virtual tours are submitted to CREB by the listing realtor. The listing record is updated and this is submitted by CREB to mls.ca usually once a day. New links will appear shortly after received by mls.ca. No time is wasted but please be patient.

Can I email the tour to a client?

We will provide you with a simple link that you can email to your clients. We email the link to you and you just cut and paste it into as many emails as you need to. The recipient clicks the link and the tour opens. It's that simple. The link can also be advertised as part of your marketing campaign. Once the tour has been set-up, it is yours to use how you see fit.

What do you need from me as an agent before you can finish the tour?

If you are an agent, broker or sales associate you may also include your photo, email address, phone number and logo on every tour. This customizes the tour and helps your marketing efforts. You can email these to us as "ready-to-go" files. An extra charge will apply if we need to scan photos. We do not scan from business cards.

If I call with a job how long can I expect to wait? What days do you work?

When we get your order to photograph we will contact either you or the homeowner to schedule the shoot. We work six days a week during daylight hours. We would like to complete all jobs within a couple of days of your decision to use our service, although we can wait for a weekend if required.

How long does my tour remain on the internet?

Once the tour is set-up, it remains until the property has sold! After the sale has completed simply notify us, and it will be removed from our server. If you are advertising something other than real estate for sale, (ie. a place of business), we recommend the tour be placed on your own server. If you do not have your own webpage, no problem! We can make arrangements to host your tour indefinately.

Do I need a web site to use your service?

You do not need to have a web site to use our service. We host your tour on our web server and the MLS database links directly to our computer. You don't even need to know how to turn a computer on to take advantage of virtual tours.

If I have a web site do I need to add the tour to my site? Is it hard to do?

If you already have a web site you would probably want to add a link to your tours so people can see how hard you work to sell homes. You don't need to, if you don't want to. Your tour will still be available through the M.L.S. web site and our web site. You can send email directly from the tour to you clients. If you do want to add  the tour to your site it is as simple as adding one line of code to you existing site. We can assist you if needed.

As an agent, do I need to be there when you take the photos for the tour?

You don't need to be there when we take the photos of the tour but obviously someone will need to be home. We are very courteous and polite and will represent you when we arrive. We will identify ourselves as your photographer. We will also refer all questions as they relate to money or charges, back to you in the event that you will bill your listings for our services.

I wanted an outside shot done. Why was that shot not taken?

We cannot shoot outside photography when it is raining. Our equipment is very expensive and even a very light rain could cost us thousands. We will try to shoot an extra shot inside or return later for the outside shot, whenever possible.

Can you provide me with references from your customers?
